My Bible Study Club uses the name, email address, optional contact number and message you provide to handle your inquiry. Messages and team replies are stored in the website’s team inbox.

Club Gmail connection

The team can connect the club’s Google account to send replies. The connection checks the account’s email address and sends messages approved by the team. It does not request access to read your Gmail inbox. The connection token is encrypted and stored on the website’s server.

Google processes outgoing messages through Gmail. Our website hosting providers process the records needed to run the site. Google account information is used only for this connection and is not used for advertising or sold. Our use of Google API information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Managing your information

To request removal of a message or ask about your information, contact mybiblestudyclub24@gmail.com. The club account owner can revoke the website’s Google access in their Google Account settings. Revoking access stops future sending; it does not remove messages already sent through Gmail.
